By accessing or using SystemAudit.dev ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
SystemAudit.dev is an automated codebase analysis service that scans GitHub repositories to identify security risks, architectural patterns, code quality issues, and AI readiness. The Service provides reports and recommendations based on automated analysis.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
4. Account and Authorization
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
- You must have proper authorization to analyze any repository you submit.
- You may not use the Service to analyze repositories you do not own or have permission to audit.
5. Pricing and Payments
- Free Tier — Available for public repositories at no cost.
- Paid Tiers — Starter ($49) and Full Audit ($99) are one-time payments per audit.
- Prices are in USD and may change with notice.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
6. Intellectual Property
- Your Code — You retain all ownership rights to your code. We do not claim any rights to your repositories or source code.
- Our Service — SystemAudit.dev, including its design, features, and analysis algorithms, is our intellectual property.
- Reports — You may use, share, and distribute the audit reports we generate for your repositories.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service to analyze repositories without proper authorization
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our analysis algorithms
- Use the Service to harm, harass, or violate the rights of others
- Circumvent rate limits or abuse the Service infrastructure
- Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that our analysis will identify all security vulnerabilities, bugs, or issues in your code. Our reports are informational and should not be considered a substitute for professional security audits, legal advice, or compliance certification.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SystemAudit.dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
